Super Principal Tobias Khisa in utter ululation as his academic creamy institution Bungoma DEB plays host to Education CS Prof. George Magoha during his Covid-19 preparedness tour to assess the County readiness for school reopening in January 2021.In Bungoma,it only could have been Bungoma DEB a model academia that surpasses expectation with bright magmas routinely erupting from the mount peak of the school.
I have not yet reached out to Principal Tobias Khisa in quest to get his version of ecstasy but those close to him intimate that he reckoned hosting the CS but not amused as this is just among the many courtesy calls to the school by high ranking Education bigwigs, having hosted the then Education CS Fred Matiang’i in the past.
Professor Magoha reiterated his earlier sentiments and which he alluded to have the blessings of the President that schools will resume normalcy in January 2021 when the Covid curve would have flattened. He allayed fears of schools turning into Haven’s of infection and though skeptical of Bungoma DEB area of cover to accommodate 3,000 pupils the Professor promised Principal Tobias Khisa of the Ministry’s support to build extra few classrooms before time. He put to task area member of Parliament Wafula Wamunyinyi to shed shackles of his party matters and build 2 classrooms for the school from the CDF.
