There are all indications that schools will reopen after 7 months of Covid.

However, Are we ready as a country to open schools, or are we still playing destructive politics that Kenyan leaders want us to engage in?

Truth is.

  1. Free primary and secondary schools funds have not reached schools since January this year.
  2. Many school properties including classrooms have been vandalised during the covid period.
  3. Magoha is only out to put up a good face before the president. He has done nothing to ensure proper school reopenings.
  4. Many schools were either isolation centers or hospitals during the covid 19 period. They have not been fungi mated.

REOPENING of schools in Kenya will be forced down the throats of Kenyans. But truth is. We as a nation are not ready.
