The BBI TEAM that calls itself DEEP STATE has arrived at the home of KNUT SG Sossion in Bomet.

Pictures doing rounds on social media show bunch of hired clowns, some with KNUT Tshirts putting up a show at the Bomet home of SG Sossion as choppers carrying Baba and Atwoli land. As usual they are in total disregard of COVID 19 protocols. They are not wearing masks, are not keeping social distance.. And they expect us to treat them as respectable teachers and officials. So, they are busy dancing, taking selfies and wearing tired plastic smiles. Since they are with Sossion, they assume Kenyan laws cease.

THE usual suspects who are at the home of KNUT SG in Bomet, purporting to be happy are hoping to hear a word of encouragement from Right Hon. Raila as concerns their fate. The fate is.. KNUT IS DEAD. They are hoping Raila will do some Abra cadabra and revive KNUT.

The following are just but a few points as to why the plastic smiles in Bomet will linger for a short time.

  1. Auctioneers. Most KNUT officials and branch offices including the hqs are under the auctioneer hammer. KNUT buses, buildings and workers salaries have not been serviced and the lenders including banks have sent auctioneers to re-cover.
  2. All KNUT officials have not had salaries for months now. Bad leadership ensured that that teachers quit the union enmass, meaning no union dues.
  3. Promotions; All teachers still KNUT members are not eligible for salary increase or promotion. Those you see putting plastic smiles in Bomet at a BBI rally have no promotion. They are idle.
  4. KNUT has not held an agm or meeting for years to seek mandate from teachers. They are spending illegally and in contravention of the mandate. The current officials are masquerading as officials. They would be happy if Raila declared them officials for life.

KNUT VIA SOSSION presented their views to BBI. They strongly suggested that TSC BE DISBANDED. BBI is the only last hope they have. We are watching. This view is very unpopular with teachers. During COVID 19 period teachers have learnt to appreciate TSC CEO Njeri Macharia. IF BBI IS ABOUT DISBANDING TSC.. FORGET TEACHERS VOTE.
