ON Friday a ruling by the high court dissmissed an appeal by Knut sg Sossion where he had sought to stay earlier orderd that had ruled that he cannot hold 2 offices ie KNUT SG and a nominated member of parliament. This was after Teachers service commission had deregistered Sossion on those very grounds.

IMPLICATIONS OF THE COURT OF APPEAL UPHOLDING SOSSION’S DEREGISTRATION

~ Sossion is no longer a teachers therefore he can’t speak on behalf of teachers or represent teachers in any forum or any negotiations.

~ Sossion is a stranger to teachers issues and therefore the employer TSC can’t remit union dues to account with Sossion as the signatory.

~ The Knut NEC have one week to replace Sossion as a Signatory of the Knut accounts or miss this month commission and the coming months.

~ Sossion will not be allowed by the Ministry of Labour to hold any elective positions in the teachers union or contest any position in a teachers union.

Teachers loved Sossion but his arrogance, stupidity, chest thumbing, ignorance, deceit and his one man show betrayed him
