KUPPET CRYING IN THE TOILET AFTER THEY REALISE THEY SUPPORTED TSC OVER CPGs, THAT HAVE DENIED TEACHERS PROMOTIONS

By Amunga.

Someone once said, ..Be careful whenever you are supporting injustice practices of those in power because they favour you. Assume that your worst enemy might also rise to power and use the same injustices on you..”

KNUT saw it coming. That via the unjust career progression guidelines, very few teachers will get promotion. They engaged TSC in court. Got a favourable RULING overturning the CPGS. But KUPPET said their were comfortable. KNUT has subsequently paid a heavy price as the cruel TSC CEO mutilated it’s membership. So as not to suffer, KUPPET supported the unjust career progression guidelines that stopped promotion by higher certificate, or by experience or by merit.

CPGs are such that all the recently advertised posts lock out ALL PRIMARY TEACHERS and all those in job group L and below.

That it will take 30 years for a classroom teacher to become a head teacher or a principal under CPGs.

That CPGs are perfomance based method to promote teachers. Meaning teachers must turn those bhang smokers, killers, arsonists and pornstars that form a majority of our learners into born again LAWYERS and Doctors before they see a promotion.

So after KUPPET went ahead and SUPPORTED Njeri after they were compromised with free membership of all High school teachers, they are now realizing that they made a mistake. We call it crying in the toilet.

Now AKELLO MISORI IS waking up to the fact that he is a billionaire, with big cars, while a majority of his members will never see a promotion in their lifetime.

Sema kushtuka. He has written some black and white feeble letter blaming TSC for discrimination when it comes to promotions. Question is.. where was he???
