Amani National Congress ANC Party officials received the their Kanu counterparts and issued a press address today where Retired Major Suleiman Sumba mobilised KANU delegation in the area to rally support for the ANC Party candidate Mr. Oscar Peter Nabulindo who is largely touted as a frontrunner.

This was happening as party leaders comprising KANU chairman Gideon Moi, Mosses Wetang’ula and ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi were in Kabuchai Constituency jointly campaigning for the Ford Kenya candidate Mr. Joseph Wekesa Kalasinga.

Mr. Sumba observed that, as per the ratings, Nabulindo was above the rest and to make this journey a success, there was need to rally more support behind him. SIMBA said Gideon Moi and Mudavadi were working together and will be in Matungu this morning.

Sumba also disclosed that apart from KANU, ANC was receiving support from Mosses Wetang’ula’s led Ford Kenya and Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper Party all who are slated to pitch camp in the area from Thursday with a series of mega rallies.

“We are here in the spirit of the BBI and we all need to be honest with each other that this contest, apart the running candidates, it is also meant to test the 2022 presidency,” Sumba stated.
