HOW ONLINE APPLICATIONS CAN BE MANIPULATED TO LOCK OUT DESERVING TEACHERS*

By Amunga.

A teacher wrote to me this morning..

Good morning Amunga. In the ongoing promotions, teachers who were employed January 2014 and applied for job group C4 were never shortlisted, yet those who were employed the same year September were shortlisted and also January 2015 were shortlisted.

A computer is a machine. It is a good machine when placed in the right hands. For example. Look at how MPESA of Safaricom works. Effective, efficient, fast and almost zero mistakes.

Now, look at machines that control the systems at IEBC. SEE the corruption that occurred at NYS via a system called IFMs. All the corrupt acts you see in Kenya today are perpetrated via online digitized systems. Reason.. machines are controlled by man. A good man at Safaricom does a good job. A bad KENYAN LIKE TSC CEO NANCY MACHARIA who we all know as tribal, corrupt, lazy, vindictive etc will do a bad job.

.

Example.

Last week the Billionaires at KUPPET wrote a letter to TSC… which was reported by media as follows …

“.. we wrote to TSC to protest the discriminative procedures being employed against some principals, deputy principals and senior masters who merit the promotions.

Initially, teachers faced difficulties applying for the promotions via the TSC portal.

In particular, those without Master’s degree were blocked from the application window on the portal. However, we worry that TSC is implementing a systematic policy to deny some principals their deserved opportunities, ostensibly based on school size… ” – KUPPET BILLIONAIRE AKELLO MISORI.

Simply, teachers currently serving in sub-county schools have been locked out using computers and were NOT shortlisted for ONGOING interviews.

Moreover, the CPG Guidelines and TPAD points WHICH ARE DIGITIZED used for the interviews have placed substantial weight on the status of schools where the applicants serve.

A computer is a computer. It pukes out what you feed it on.like now, Njeri Macharia has told her computers that teachers in small schools without facilities like in Khwisero, Turukana, Kapedo, Wajir etc will NEVER BE PROMOTED.

CONCLUSION

Teachers, we must talk about this and condem it. Problem is, The cruel woman at TSC has to go. The criteria used to shortlist teachers is so unclear yet the system which is a computer will not accept your application for promotion DESPITE the fact that you meet the requirement for the applied job group. Corruption, manipulation and tribalism is part of what Macharia is feeding into the system
