Juja MP Francis Waititu is dead. Hon. He has been admitted at the MP SHAH HOSPITAL with cancer related complications.

He has served on several Parliamentary Select Committees including for Agriculture.

Senator Mwaura wrote this upon hearing the news.

My dear friend Hon Francis Munyua Waititu Rest In Peace. A truly humble man from Mwana Mukia in Gïthurai who rose to become a supervisor in Kenya Canners now Delmonte in Thika and later MP Juja twice. Fare thee well son and champion of the poor and downtrodden. You became number 9 in Constituencies Development Fund Management in 2017 and the best in Central Kenya despite the vastness of your constituency.

Cancer has finally taken a toll on you. We shall surely miss you. A true friend who always believed in me. condolences to the family, friends and the people of Juja Constituency for the loss of Hon. Francis Waititu Popularly known as Wakapee.

May his soul rest in Peace.
