Until last week, SIRUCHA New Kihumbuini Primary Sub-County of Westlands in Nairobi
was in his office, meeting parents, mingling with teachers and learners without knowing that he was covid 19 positive.
When rushed to Hospital and diagnosed with the deadly virus, his lungs were affected and he passed on shortly. Burial will be on 27th on his Kitale Farm.

By yesterday, a teacher at Kihumbuni tested positive. A colleague who took him to hospital is under quarantine.
CONCLUSION
Let it be CLEAR. Covid 19 is in Nairobi schools. Parents, learners, teachers are affected. Yet.. no precautions are in place in most public schools. Learners have no masks. Most schools have no running water. Ministry of education and health are only playing PR GAMES ON TV. Nothing to safe guard teachers is going on. For how long will these carelesness go on? Lives of teachers matter. More will die. You reading this as a teacher in a public school may be the next.
Was he having other underlying issues?
