EMBAKASI OCS, WHY DO THIS TO A TEACHER? SHAME.

IS the IG and IPOA AWARE of rackets that involve car theft syndicates and that at the Home of OCS Waithera in Juja are hundreds of motorcycles from innocent young upcoming men, which she confiscated and instead of storing at police yards, she took to her home?

Is the deputy IG. Mbugua aware that his own police officers at EMBAKASI POLICE station are reaching out seeking help that their boss is treating them with scorn, stealing openly, corruption being her other name and claiming that she is untouchable because she is your mpango wa kando??

Are Nairobians aware, that OCS WAITHERA arrests ravellers as early as 7 pm, locks them in crowded cells and demands cash from them. Rarely is anyone taken to court. Anapeana cash bail of 10,000 and above as seen in this photo with no OB namba and no stamp. See pic attached.

Did you read a report in the people DAILY that in December 2020 OCS WAITHERA sent her juniors officers to Kilifi where they arrested a secondary school principal and flimsy allegations that his car had been sighted at a scene of crime.

The teacher together with his car were brought to Nairobi. He was later i on a cash bail and was to be charged in court. He has never been taken to court.

Where is IPOA? Where is IG Mutyambai? Where are KENYANS and civil rights groups to condemn these acts?
