MR. DAVID MBUVI A PRINCIPAL, TEACHER AND EXAMINER OF BIOLOGY PAPER 3 DIES OF COVID IN MACHAKOS

BY Amunga Peter.

Hello colleagues.Just want to inform you that one of us Mr David Mbuvi (KNEC BIO PP3 TL) has been very sick for the last one week with covid-19. HE was ADMITTED at Machakos level-5 HDU and has died.

The late was a principal of Mukunike high school in Machakos. He lost the battle to C19 and rested yesternight. Colleagues who marks KNEC EXAMS with him had this to say.

“.. I have worked with TL Mbuvi in the same marking room virtually in all marking sessions since 2012 in Kabarak. A cool teacher. Sad that this pandemic is taking its toll. RIP sir.”

Another wrote:

“It is sad to learn that Mr David Mbuvi has gone to be with the Lord. Mbuvi was humble, hard-working, calculative and a team-player. May the Lord comfort the nuclear family and the marking family. Rest in peace brother.”

The glowing tributes trickling in from fellow examiners show that the late was a team player.

May his soul RIP

Take care of yourselves too. Covid is wiping away Teachers before our very own eyes.

  1. I have worked with David Mbuvi in marking. He was humble and a social man. He related well with the other examiners and was a man who commanded a lot of respect. May his soul rest in peace and may God comfort his family.
