COVID-19 has claimed the life of another principal pushing the number of principals dead due to covid 19 to 57. Stella Oyagi Oriku of Nyamwaga ELCK in Rachuonyo East sub county, formerly of AIC Getai girls in Kisii is mo more. She is seen with a friend in the photo below during the supervision of the ongoing KCSE Exam at a container where she had gone to pick the exam. She is in red.

Maralal high school principal.. delocalised. Fell sick. 3 days NOONE attended to him. Wife had to drive from Kakamega to Samburu, took him 300 KMS to NAKURU to get a Hospital bed. Too late. DELOCALIZATION is part and parcel of #COVID19 deaths among headteachers.

The inhumane POLICY at Teachers service commission known as DELOCALIZATION is a catalyst of several deaths among headteachers due to covid 19. Nancy Macharia has muted unions and heads associations, such that they see no evil and hear no EVIL.

It is good that the exam period is coming to an end and the container nonsense coming to a stop. Principals can go back to their loved ones and be safe. Many of them live to curse the day Njeri was born.

Our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues in the profession for loss of Stella. RIP.
