TSC POLICY OF DELOCALIZATION AT THE SCENE OF CRIME WHERE A TEACHER MURDERED A PRINCIPAL

By Amunga Peter.

A Principal has been found guilty of murder of a fellow Principal, and the corruption cartels at TSC were adversely mentioned as possible reason why the teacher commited the heinous crime.

The judge in the case of a Principal murdering her husband also a Principal heard of how corruption cartels work and influence transfers of principals in KENYAN schools. The TSC Under Nancy Macharia is one BIG CRIME SCENE. IN HER DEFENSE, the killer Principal said.. that the principals, who influenced transfers and promotions of teachers in the region, were aggrieved after Mbuthi was posted to the school while she was promoted to head Icaciri Secondary School without going through them.

Muthoni claimed that the cartel had demanded Sh1 million from them to facilitate their transfer to schools of their choice.

CONCLUSION

Only non teachers can dismiss this claim. In Kenya, transfer of teachers, or what we call DELOCALIZATION is a cash cow for the officers at TEACHERS SERVICE COMMISION. A principal who wants to be transferred to a good school of his or her choice will have to go through agents of TSC and it’s CEO NJERI. The bribes offered are upwards of a million plus. Only God will save Kenya from these.
