It is the perogative of KNUT secretary general to issue A Notice for an ADC as per article (VII).

A confused Oyuu from Kanyamkago who does not understand how things are done in KNUT and acts like Embarambamba is free to walk to Sossion office for proper information or call him anytime! Or he can inbox me I direct him.

The countdown to the ADC is in progress!
All subject to covid 19 protocols.

Sossion in what is a reply to the Ill advised letter from the beleaguered Embarambamba from Kanyamkago …. Oyuu writes and I quote:

“This is meant to trigger preparations for the same, It is at least 60 days to allow the NT/ branch treasurers to save or raise money for the same”.

The Embarambamba from Kanyamkago called Oyuu must realize that an ADC is not a switch on event. It is a process and a journey.’ It requires BEC meetings, Regional council meetings, NEC meetings etc.

We have another group claiming that KNUT NEC must first meet toast date. Nani amekataa?

NEC shall meet within the 60 days to set the date which must conform to the 60 days issued and as well agree on the venue of the ADC.

Sossion doesn’t need a meeting to issue a notice with any organ or person. This is part of his duty in the Job description. It is already expressly provided in the roles of the SG in the constitution. Once the Notice is issued, the only thing Embarambamba from Kanyamkago Oyuu should do is to prepare to chair all meetings upto the ADC itself and the NT should look for funds for the ADC.

The ADC notice is issued the IRREVERSIBLY!
All must take their positions and play their roles effectively!
