It is no secret. The Maa leaders in both Kajiado and Narok are not taking it lying down about DELOCALIZATION POLICY where 90% of promotions and school admins in areas of Kitengela, Ngong, Kiserian, Isinya, and the entire Kajiado are Kikuyu, mostly from around the villages where the TSC CEO was born and raised.

The Maa leader complain that most of the heads from Mt Kenya in their region have taken to land buying and selling schemes in Kajiado and Narok. That the Mt. Kenya folk heading schools in Kajiado are mainly doing biashara at the expense of teaching, but protected by their tribemates at TSC. They are untouchable.

The Maasai leaders took files and evidence to TSC CEO NANCY MACHARIA HERSELF. They first faced her in parliament, but have also gone to her offices demanding that Njeri stops using DELOCALIZATION POLICY to give jobs to her villagers and as rewards for those cartels that ensure she remains CEO.

The Maasai are serious. If TSC will continue playing corruption games is posting and promotion of teachers they will close those schools.

I wonder if other leaders in Western, NYANZA and Coast are seeing how the Maasai leaders have taken on TSC. In Kakamega where I come from ni nadra kama kaburi la baniani to meet a Luhya Principal. Our Kahi indimuli’s and Oliver Minishi’s were removed from put good big schools and demoted into local schools in foreign lands while those foreigners from junior schools were brought to head out big schools. Nowadays you will NEVER hear of the Mighty Green Commandoes of Kakamega high. The Principal there is some foreign nonestarter who was forced on us with Nancy
