Ole Magelo, the politician and former AFC leopards CHAIR has been unwell for sometime. But he is NOT DEAD.

But last night, bloggers begun a story that he was dead. It went viral. But it was a lie.I cried when I got the “news” that Ole Magelo was no more. So I sent a text to his wife, “tell me this is not true.” And she replied that it’s not true. To the bloggers, were the clicks and retweets worth the pain you have caused this family? Don’t be pathetic in search of clout!

KENYANS, PLEASE go slow on deaths!!! Bereavements are not the best of items of communication! Why do we glorify being the first ones to announce? Why do we mourn louder and more passionately than the bereaved?
Some of our community members go for funerals not to offer any support to the bereaved but just to confirm “……!tooto ahulushile/afwile….!” Shame on us all!
