WHAT IS AND WAS OYUU’S STAND ON CBC? WHAT DID HE SAY THEN, THAT HE IS DENYING TODAY? FACT CHECK!

Capital News reporting about the KEPSHA conference in Mombasa 2 years ago, when TSC officals walked out, they quote Collins Oyuu as the KNUT Chairman who represented Sossion at the conference. It is clear, Collins Oyuu incited teachers over the CBC, and claimed Kenya was not prepared to have it.
The newschannel reports and I quote…

“Speaking while representing KNUT secretary general Wilson Sossion on the fourth day of the conference, Oyuu said Education Ministry has failed to secure teachers confidence in supporting the new programme. Even as we battle with the shortage of teachers in schools, the government insists that the CBC train has already left the station,” said Oyuu.
He said the teachers ought to be the drivers of this CBC, therefore without teachers’ participation, the train will crush.

Question. Was someone putting a gun on Oyuu’s head when he spoke those words? How then can he turn round and tell delegates that it is only Sossion who incited teachers to boycott CBC? what was his role in the fiasco? Can delegates trust him? Is he a honest man? What is his track record? DO DELEGATES AT KNUT, KNOW WHO OYUU IS?
