IF TEACHERS WERE TO VOTE, SOSSION WILL WIN AT 8 AM. THE DELEGATE SYSTEM IS OPEN TO ABUSE, CORRUPTION AND TRIBALISM

By Amunga Peter

‘Tough times never last, but tough people do!’

Hon Sossion has all along been fighting for the rights of teachers.

That’s why the Government has been fighting for his removal.
The achievement teachers have got under his leadership is enormous. The CBAs, the employment of all teachers who were on contract, the fight for primary school teachers to be deployed and promoted… name them.

Today, instead of holding his hand as govt starves him and the union of much needed funds, we see traitors sponsored by the very govt creating rifts.

They have forgotten easily we celebrated salary increments some few years back.
COWARDS always run away when their hero is overwhelmed by enemies. That is what Oyuu is. A coward. A betrayer. A BACKSTABBER.

For Delegates who are active teachers, this is the time to show the Government that Hon. Sossion , The Fighter, The Spokesman, The Hero and The Achiever has more teeth to bite.

Let’s Audit where the problem is, not accuse the leader. It’s the government that has been fighting your voice called Hon. Sossion.

So, let’s prepare our votes in 2022 to install the government that will listen to our needs.
We the teachers with our big brains should not allow Oyuu and his traitors to Kill the Voice and leave the Killer of voices.

Let’s think deeper before we make decisions. Elections will come and go. But what will we have achieved by the end of the day. Replacing Oyuu and Sossion? Who is Oyuu? What has he ACHIEVED even for his Rarieda branch?

CONCLUSION

KENYA is about Politics. We have few months before a new Government comes in. How prepared are we to have a stake in the new Gov’t as teachers? Experience is the best teacher. Sossion has the know how on how best it will be handled.
Let’s not fix the blame but fix the problem. The problem of teachers is beyond Hon. Sossion. It is the current govt.
