… Abaluhya BANJE… Seek ye first the political Kingdom… And all other things…shall be added to us…

On my twitter and other pages, I have been labled a tribalists. My accusers claim that my outburst on why Otsyula was left out as a judge of court of appeal bordered on tribal connotations.

Unfortunately I wear a hat. The hat called Luhya RENAISSANCE. The Luhya NATION has been very democratic and generous, voting for all parties and ending up getting the short end of the stick despite their large numbers.

My call, has been, to make the Luhya NATION realize that without POLITICAL power our sons and daughters like Justice Otsyula MUCHELULE will always be frowned upon and treated with disdain as if they have some leprosy.

Someone called me to say that Otsyula has intergrety issues. Mara sijui Akasha brothers, sijui Machakos county byelection… Ujinga! If he has issues, they should have investigated him and dismissed him. To me MUCHELULE is clean kama pamba. He is fit to be chief justice.

And who said those leading Kenya are clean? The current Jubilee team came to power when they were undergoing cases that bordered on mass rape, mass murder etc. If MUCHELULE has an issue. Take him to court.

No one is righteous. Even the 34 judges who were appointed have a skeleton on two somewhere. The deputy CJ Mwilu has a corruption case hanging on her head and she is DCJ.

Kenya being a country where Politics takes center stage, EVERYTHING is seen politically. Nancy Barasa was removed from office.. not because she pinched someone…. That is NONSENSE. We have people in judiciary who have killed… and are serving. Nancy Barasa lost her job because she is Luhya and the Luhya NATION leaders did not stand with her.

To my Luhya people. Seek ye first.. the political Kingdom using our large numbers and all other things including, appointment of Luhya judges, military heads, TSC chiefs, police IGs etc will follow.
