This year’s Kenya Secondary School Heads Association (KESSHA) national conference has been moved from July to October in Mombasa as from October 5-9, 2021. It may even be pushed to next year if covid increases.

The high profile meeting was initially scheduled to start from July 19, 2021 to July 23, 2021 as per the association’s 2021 calendar of events under the running theme of ‘Education in the New Era’.

The changes were due to the increasing cases of Covid-19 in the country which have witnessed new restrictions being imposed to Western, Nyanza and parts of Rift Valley most recently, and the organizers believe will affect the conference.

UNFORTUNATELY, the largest union in Kenya, KNUT has leaders who insist on having an AGM and ELECTIONS this weekend. They want teachers to travel to NAIROBI from KISUMU Homabay Migori and SIAYA to vote for their greedy officials.

It will NOT HAPPEN. We will not allow union leaders to break the law because of their stomachs.

Unless over our dead bodies.
