High Court: The President cannot initiate or participate in a popular initiate. Only Parliament and the People.

Otiende OMOLLO: Did the High Court mean the President and Parliament are not the people or made up of the people?

Judge: What do you mean?

Otiende OMOLLO: My Lordship, is the President allowed to vote in a Referendum?

Judge: Yes he is, he has the right to vote.

Otiende OMOLLO: If he has a right to Vote as you say and has no right to initiate or participate in a Popular initiate or constitutional amendment, does that mean a President(being a Kenyan Citizen) is supposed to keep his popular opinions and ideas to himself then vote blindly for a constitutional amendment bill he has took no part in, in a Referendum?

Judge: What is your submission senior counsel?

Otiende OMOLLO: My Lord you have just answered my question, the High Court ruling was frivolous and based on wikipedia and personal attacks not Facts and Law.
